Job Summary/Description:

KNOE has an opening for a Traffic Coordinator. As Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling commercial copy rotations from clients' directions and inputting instructions into the Wide Orbit traffic system.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Receiving, interpreting, and imputing commercial copy based on instructions, flight dates, rotations, and multiple revisions within log deadlines.
- Working with sales and sales assistants, answering questions regarding commercials and copy rotations.
- Review commercial inventory to ensure there is no excessive oversell and assist with cleanup.
- Daily broadcast log reconciliation.
- Support the needs of Multimedia Sales Managers and Media Executives in various aspects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Excellent follow-through and detailed orientation
- Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
- Effectively communicate with others
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
