Job description

Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Product Coordinator supports QVC Group and researches, picks, locates and prepares products for commerce platforms. Product presentation skills are necessary as this position is important to the selling strategy/presentation of our products. You will often be one of the last people to have hands and eyes on products before they are live on TV!

  • The pay for this role is $20/Hour with a 10% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

Where You'll Work

  • This role isonsiteand will require you to work from our West Chester, PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

Shift:

  • Wed-Sat 4:30PM - 3:00AM (2nd Shift)

  • Sun-Wed 4:00PM - 2:30AM (2ndShift)

  • Wed-Sat 6:00AM - 4:30PM (1rst Shift)

  • Sun-Wed 6:00AM - 4:30PM (1rst Shift)

What You'll Do

  • Read and interpret Show Programming Schedule and Broadcast PALs/Flow Sheets and other demand sources to determine product needed for Commerce teams. Examine products to ensure they are in optimum condition and working order.

  • Contacts buyers/vendors by email when products are not available in the distribution sites or they are last minute additions to the show.

  • Identify show items in New Receipts and coordinate efforts to receive and prep product with new receipts processor or receive and prep product when no assistance is available.

  • Research by company appropriate system when products are missing from location. Contact stylists, buyers, QA, etc. to retrieve product for the show.

  • Assemble items and ensure they are in proper working order (i.e. fitness equipment, cookware, grills). Prepare product to be presented on the live show - clean, polish, steam, assemble, charge and prep product. HD environment requires detailed understanding of prep.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrate full understanding of all platforms including aspects of Product Central's primary operating systems (PCMS, RETEK, MOVE, IBM, Pick Ticket, LRS) , Outlook, SharePoint, Lotus Notes, Excel, .Com and research of product on web sites.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Experience: 2+ years related warehouse or retail experience operating power equipment and using computerized Inventory Management systems.
