Position Summary

New Mexico PBS is seeking qualified candidates for the position of TV Production Crew. The persons selected will work under the Supervisor of TV Production Support as part of the studio production crew. Some assignments will also include field production. The job involves running studio camera, audio, teleprompter, character generator, lighting, general grip work and tape operation. Additional hours will be assigned as needed by New Mexico PBS. This position occasionally requires work in the evening, early morning and/or weekends.
Must have excellent customer service and computer skills, be team oriented, organized and
dependable, this position will provide a maximum of 20 hrs per week. Must be available on Thursday mornings between 9am and 1pm. Additional hours assigned as need arises.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in environmental extremes (30F degrees to 100F degrees).
- Must be able to work atop a 15' ladder.
- Work in the New Mexico PBS studio as a camera operator, audio tech, graphics operator, technical director and grip. This includes lighting studio sets, moving sets into position and field production.
