Beyond our broadcast footprint, we provide sophisticated, best-in-class Digital and OTT/CTV offerings. We are looking for a strategist who can weave these assets into comprehensive, omnichannel marketing solutions, enabling clients to achieve measurable results throughout the marketing plan.
The FOX10 Phoenix Sales Team has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive focused on driving revenue through an omnichannel approach, with a primary emphasis on bringing brand-new video advertisers to Phoenix's leading local television station.
Why Join Us?
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is paramount. We brainstorm together, support one another's strategies, and celebrate our collective successes.
  • Collaborate with accomplished media professionals to drive revenue and elevate your omnichannel sales approach.
  • You will have the opportunity to work alongside top talent in the market, utilizing advanced technology and advertising platforms.

Job Summary:
  • Assume primary responsibility for actively prospecting, developing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline focused heavily on converting brand-new video advertisers who have not traditionally utilized TV or premium streaming.
  • Design and present omnichannel campaigns, seamlessly integrating traditional linear broadcast, Fox Local Extension (FLX) OTT, Fox Local News (FLN), and our digital/mobile platforms to address client challenges.
  • Source new sales opportunities through a combination of researching potential accounts, initiating outbound communication, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the field to develop relationships, conduct needs-analysis meetings, and present the benefits of our complete video portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales management, FLX, marketing, and creative services) to develop custom presentations that highlight the utility of our solutions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive media landscape, OTT platforms, and a clear understanding of the characteristics that give FOX10 a competitive advantage.
  • Manage client advertising initiatives and create impactful post-campaign recaps, providing actionable recommendations to further optimize client ROI.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proactive Business Development: Experience managing high-volume sales activity in a B2B environment. You excel at identifying untapped opportunities and consulting with new clients to demonstrate how video can achieve their business objectives.
  • Digital Video Advertising, Broadcast Sales, and/or Agency experience is preferred.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: You naturally build rapport with both clients and colleagues. You recognize that collaboration drives success and actively contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Omnichannel Expertise: You manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines, and you have a strong grasp of how traditional broadcast and digital/OTT video work together to create an effective marketing funnel.
  • Proven Track Record: You thrive in a metrics and results-driven sales culture. You are skilled at conveying technical information, addressing objections, and preparing professional presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and account management skills are required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Varied hours, weekends, holidays, and local travel are required. Must have or be willing to obtain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • College degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of sales experience is required.

This position has a base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 with potential for additional sales commissions and bonuses for potential total package of up to $180,000 - $200,000.
