General Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate shipping and warehouse equipment
  • Stock supplies in various departments
  • Ship outbound packages - upwards of 800+ per day
  • Build and prep shipping boxes - upwards of 500+ per day
  • Report any technical issues accordingly to necessary contacts
  • Enter productivity numbers into the tracker daily
  • Scan inbound packages into the system
  • Uphold all safety protocols
  • Identify unsafe situations and take immediate action while notifying management
  • Help put away and organize supply deliveries

Shipping Associate Position Details

  • Full-time position
  • Full benefit package
  • Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter.
  • Overtime as required based on Managers' discretion.
  • All positions are on-site

Shipping Associate Qualifications:

  • Entry level shipping
  • Can safely operate a pallet jack and straddle stacker and/or the willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and strict situations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional, high-integrity, reliable, organized, driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize computers and various basic programs (including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and OpenOffice)
  • Ability to Stand or walk for up to 8 hours and be able to bend, stoop, lift, climb, and pull on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without physical restrictions.
  • Sense of urgency and comfort level to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shipping Associate Education:
