What is TV development?

TV development refers to the process of creating and shaping ideas for new television shows before they are produced. This involves brainstorming concepts, writing scripts or treatments, and pitching ideas to networks or streaming platforms. The goal is to turn creative concepts into viable television programming that appeals to target audiences.
