Position Summary

The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and selling advertising and marketing solutions across our television, radio, newspaper, website, social media, and event platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help achieve company revenue goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present advertising and marketing solutions tailored to clients' business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate advertising packages within company pricing guidelines.
  • Follow up on sales leads and client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and client communications using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Previous media or advertising sales experience is preferred.
