About the role

Atmosphere is seeking an organized and growth-minded Account Manager to own the end-to-end health of our indirect revenue channel. This role serves as the single operational point of contact for a portfolio of domestic and international reseller and distribution partners who sell Atmosphere inventory to their own client base. The Account Manager will carry partner-sourced opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial inventory questions and proposal development through signed IO, campaign launch, in-flight optimization, reporting, billing, and closeout. This individual will contribute directly to Atmosphere’s revenue growth by serving as the primary cross-functional partner for campaign planning, processing, and execution. They will also play a key role in building the processes and structure needed to support the continued growth and scalability of our channel partner business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable shifting priorities, technologically savvy, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.This hybrid role includes in-office work at our Austin office with remote Fridays and reports to the Director of Regional Account Management.

What you'll do
  • Serve as the single operational point of contact for a portfolio of domestic and international reseller and distribution partners, overseeing multiple partner relationships and campaign workflows simultaneously.
  • Onboard partners to Atmosphere’s processes, tools, and reporting standards, adapting communication and scheduling to their market, platform, and time zone.
  • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Atmosphere’s products, programs, partnerships, and editorial slate, serving as the partner’s go-to expert on inventory, targeting, and capabilities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from proposal development through contracting and final signature.
  • Drive the pre-sale process in partnership with channel partners, translating inventory, venue, and audience strategy into thoughtful, client-ready media plans.
  • Advise partners on pricing structures, rate card versus net cost, and market-specific considerations related to inventory, currency, and terms.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental requests with Advertising Operations and Creative within published SLAs, setting clear partner expectations around timing and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign pacing throughout the flight and implement optimization recommendations with partner approval to keep campaigns delivering against goals.
  • Lead post-sale campaign execution end to end, from build and launch through optimization, reporting, billing, and closeout.
  • Deliver client-facing reporting on a regular cadence, including measurement results that demonstrate campaign performance and impact.
  • Coordinate partner billing in partnership with the internal Accounting team.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop scalable processes and procedures that support the growth of the channel business in a fast-paced, evolving media environment.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of related experience in account management, client services, or advertising/media.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, partners, or stakeholder groups simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Experience with channel, reseller, distribution, or agency-of-record partnerships preferred.
  • Experience working with international clients or partners across time zones, currencies, and markets preferred.
  • Experience supporting the full sales cycle, including pre-sale planning, proposal development, campaign execution, reporting, and closeout.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, media strategy, campaign performance, and analytics.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and excellent partner service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop polished, client-ready materials.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to confidently discuss rate cards, net costs, CPMs, revenue share, and payment terms with partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with a range of personalities and working styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated to grow within Advertising Sales and expand knowledge of the evolving media landscape.
