Applerouth is looking to hire several in-home, one-on-one, test prep tutors to service the Austin metro area. We provide non-taxed travel! Applicants must be willing to tutor all sections of both the SAT and ACT - this, after comprehensive paid training, of course; however, a baseline knowledge of high school ELA & math content is needed.

  • Passing score on our short pre-interview SAT/ACT content quiz.
  • Reliable internet connection (for online trainings/meetings/sessions) and reliable transportation (for in-person sessions).
  • Availability to tutor during after-school hours and weekends.
  • At least one year of college completed.
  • Passion for helping students succeed and confidence in your ability to mentor others.
  • Willingness to complete Applerouth's paid training program and participate in mock testing.
