Math and Reading Tutor Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, helpful, reliable tutors who want to work with children. As an instructor/tutor, you will work with students ranging in ages from 4 to 13, guiding them in math and reading concepts. No experience is needed as we will train you on how to support students.
Math and Reading Tutor Responsibilities
  • Stay positive, encouraging, and professional with students.
  • Using our answer keys, grade work done by students in their pre-assigned booklets.
  • Answer questions for students and guide them to independent learning with techniques like: sounding out words and encouraging the rereading of the story or directions.
  • Record students' progress and booklets on forms.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
