The Position: Our Temporary Turnover Employees at Quarters Bloomington are primarily responsible for providing temporary assistance in our property unit turnovers. A successful Temporary Turnover Employee will provide excellent customer service to our residents and assist the on-site team with any turnover projects. For the right candidate, this temporary position could lead to future opportunities at Tailwind Group.ย 


The Property: The Quarters at Bloomington is a premier housing community consisting of 178 units and 477 beds, built and designed with Indiana University - Bloomington students in mind. ย ย 


This is a temporary position and candidates must be available to work the entire duration of the turnover period: July 24, 2026 - August 19, 2026.


The compensation rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. This rate is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities.ย 


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
  • Assess units for repairs, cleaning, and painting needs.
  • Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and painting duties.ย 
  • Perform other duties as directed by Property Manager.

  • Ability to keep tenant and property information confidential.ย 
  • Must be available to work as needed for the entire turnover period.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours at a time (with breaks) in various environments.
