Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable Full-Time Factory Cleaner to join our team in Columbia City, Indiana.
This is a consistent Monday-Friday day-shift position with a predictable weekday schedule. If you're looking for steady full-time work, dependable hours, and a position that keeps you active throughout the day, we'd like to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Factory Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the assigned manufacturing facility.
This is a cleaning position within a factory environment and is not a production or manufacturing role.
The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working in an active facility, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while following Clean Team cleaning and safety procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and assigned facility spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Restock soap, paper products, and other supplies
• Maintain cleaning equipment, carts, and supplies
• Follow site-specific cleaning and safety procedures
• Maintain Clean Team quality standards throughout the facility
• Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Previous commercial, industrial, or factory cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
