Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Answers and direct phone calls, and manage correspondence
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate training and travel arrangements
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of company accounting transactions
  • File insurance claims as needed
  • Renew and maintain company vehicle registrations and files
  • Renew and maintain company and dealership licenses
  • Issue trucking permits daily as needed and ensure annual renewals
  • Process and submit waste tire fee to DEQ
