Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for a Parts Counter Salesperson. This individual will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to meet the customers' needs. In addition, the individual will possess excellent organizational and stocking skills to assist in maintaining merchandise displays, along with keeping the parts department clean and orderly.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products/services to fulfill customer needs and drive sales.
  • Provide Service Technicians with required parts and materials for timely repairs.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining organized, visually appealing merchandise displays.
  • Verify and receive shipments, ensuring Machine Down and Stock Orders are properly stored in inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the parts department.
  • Address inventory shortages promptly and escalate issues to the manager.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles in the department are well-maintained and operational.
  • Assist with warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of parts and machinery
  • Strong computer and data entry/keyboard skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with John Deere parts and machinery

Physical Requirements:
