AS A REGIONAL MANAGER
You will be responsible for the overall customer experience while working closely with Area Managers to ensure the delivery of contracted services as promised and within budget.
Department: Landscape Maintenance
Reports To: Division Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
REGIONAL MANAGER DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Manage and direct Overall Customer Experience
  • Direct initial Site Assessments to determine what our program will fix and won't
  • Lead new customer orientation. Align customer expectations with program deliverables: Who, What, When, Why
  • Manage overall program execution according to SOS
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure quality standards
  • Create and manage Opportunity Pipeline per property
  • Work with customer to establish annual enhancement budget
  • Photo document growth and improvement of key areas per property annually
  • Proactively communicate property issues, upcoming services, etc. w/ Customers and AMs
  • Oversee prompt response to customer generated issues and manage appropriate resolution
  • Conduct annual contract review and renewal with customers
  • Direct and assist Area Managers daily
  • Work with Area Managers to meet or exceed property GM budgets
  • Participate in meetings and assist Division Manager in overall leadership of the Division
  • Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years related industry experience.
  • Will be required to obtain relevant industry certifications within 12 months
  • Experience in business management, including basic accounting skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
  • $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

EDUCATION
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Horticulture/ Turf Management or a related field is preferred.
