We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative - Southwest Territory to support our growing team at FieldTurf Landscape. This remote position candidate will be covering California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Hawaii, and reports to the National Sales Manager. Candidateslocatedclose or in a major travel market are strongly preferred to support regional travel - ideally Las Vegas as a CenterPoint.

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence throughout the assigned territory for FieldTurf Landscape Products . This role partners closely with distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, designers to identify new business opportunities, provide product expertise, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion for designing and purchasing landscape artificial grass.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth with our Dealers, Distributors, and Direct customer relationships:

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through purchasing, installation, completion and follow-up with service after the sale.

    • Plan sales strategies to increase sales

    • Create new business and develop existing business in the territory (with distributors, contractors, architects, designers and end users) Ensure dealers and distribution partners achieve their full potential and have access to appropriate support

    • Promote the products to the local installers, contractors, dealers and distributors

  • Use project tracking analysis tools & CRM systems

  • Represent FieldTurf Landscape at National and Regional Trade Shows

  • Forecast sales and manage territory budget

  • Conduct market research and analysis related to client needs

  • Develop and present new sales techniques and strategies to the team to drive revenue growth.

  • Travel, when necessary, by several modes of transportation. Overnight travel (Average 50%) by land and/or air.

What you need for success:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience; preference in landscaping, manufacturing/ construction sales

  • Experience in Salesforce

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).

  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from a four year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
