- Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Certification in pesticide application or turf management.
- Experience with irrigation system installation and repair.
- Familiarity with golf course maintenance software or scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to grounds maintenance.
- Previous experience working on a golf course or similar recreational facility.
