Job description

At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest-growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Cultivation Manager will support the Director of Cultivation(DoC) in all things related to Jushi’s cultivation facility's operations. Including, but not limited to, cultivation scheduling, planning, staffing, storage & transport. The Cultivation Manager will also help facilitate cross-functional department communications, including compliance, quality, community relations, engineering & maintenance, and purchasing. 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Assist DoC with Cultivation labor planning and Cultivation scheduling in 365 Cannabis to drive achievement of production targets and quality standards
  • Track all Cultivation Metrics/KPI’s (G/sqft, testing data, environmental parameters from crop cycles)
  • Identify, investigate, correct, and document potential environmental and safety problems Maintain product quality while ensuring compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, and safety
  • Lead problem resolution to identify quality/productivity-related problems, recommend measures for improvement, and lead and participate in quality/productivity improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment that adheres to all company policies, procedures, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • In collaboration with HR, ensure compliance with timecard reporting, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming changes to operations and potential construction projects
  • Effective communication and constructive cooperation between multiple locations and all levels of employees
  • Oversee proper and adequate storage of all products
  • Ensure all product leaving the facility is compliant with the State of business’s regulations 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Two years of previous Cannabis Cultivation Experience, or hold an Active Pharmacy License and be a registered medical professional with the Board of Pharmacy or a Horticultural Degree
  • Ability to multitask and work through constant interruption
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Team-oriented and collaborative with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment – willingness and interest to roll up sleeves
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in all Office Suites (Google, Microsoft Office)
  • Proven experience in creating systems and processes
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, opening and closing
