Sales Representative (Full-Time, In-Office - Raleigh, NC)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Representative to join our team.
This is an in-office position based in Raleigh, NC This is not a remote role.
This position is primarily inside sales, conducted over the phone and computer from our office. You will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, preparing service estimates, communicating with prospective customers, and closing new business.
This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Is motivated by performance and commission
  • Takes initiative without needing constant supervision
  • Wants long-term growth with a stable local company

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up promptly with inbound leads
  • Prepare and deliver service estimates using our internal systems
  • Close new business and meet monthly sales goals
  • Communicate with prospective customers via phone and email in a professional, confident manner
  • Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and sales activity
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with management
  • Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience or interest in agriculture, landscaping, or turf management is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Raleigh office
  • Pesticide license is a plus but not required
