Description

Russell Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a crew providing high-quality maintenance services throughout the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage both people and equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members
     
  • Drive trucks and tow trailers to transport crew and equipment
     
  • Ensure mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and other maintenance tasks meet company standards
     
  • Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
     
  • Monitor daily job progress and ensure timely completion
     
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections
     
  • Communicate with clients and management as needed
     
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
     
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
     
  • Experience driving trucks and towing trailers
     
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, turf maintenance, and irrigation systems
     
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
