Enjoy working outdoors? Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Greenskeeper and help maintain a high-quality golf course experience. This hands-on role supports daily turf care, landscaping, and course upkeep.


Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time 
  • Shift: Day Shift 
  • Department: Golf Course / Grounds 

What You'll Do

  • Operate mowers, tractors, and light equipment safely and efficiently 
  • Maintain tee boxes, fairways, greens, and surrounding turf areas 
  • Mow greens, tees, and approaches using walk-behind and riding equipment 
  • Edge cart paths, bunkers, and turf areas 
  • Rake and maintain sand bunkers 
  • Apply divot mix to tees and driving range areas 
  • Perform weed control and trimming around trees, bunkers, and curbs 
  • Assist with sod installation and turf repairs 
  • Water greens and monitor course conditions 
  • Remove debris such as leaves and maintain overall course appearance 
  • Support additional tasks as directed by the superintendentv

Requirements

 What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Valid driver's license required 
  • Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds experience preferred, but not required 
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate maintenance equipment 
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently 
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and manual labor 
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally 

Work Environment

  • Outdoor role in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, rain) 
  • Moderate to loud noise from equipment 
  • Physically active, hands-on work
