Role Description The Customer Service Ambassador is a Full-time, hybrid role based in Bolingbrook, IL, with the ability to perform some duties from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving basic issues or escalating complex concerns as needed. The role involves documenting interactions, updating customer records, and following established procedures to ensure consistent service quality. The Customer Service Ambassador will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, gather feedback, and help improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Illinois Insurance Producer License
  • Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience providing Customer Support and enhancing Customer Experience.
  • Familiarity with the responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and documenting interactions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with reliability in a hybrid schedule.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or support role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or related fields is beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
