Job description

Job Description:
TTI Floor Care has openings in its Greer/Wellford, SC location for Operator I, 1st Shift that will support a large-scale distribution facility. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package -- tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, and holiday.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow all SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy
  • Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
  • Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
  • Lump and receive orders as needed
  • Pick and pull all materials for orders
  • Load orders on the assigned truck
  • Manual movement of freight, tools, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies.
  • Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use a weight scale.
  • Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility.
  • Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
  • Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
  • Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value.
  • Other duties as required.

Physical Demands:
  • Standing/walking for long periods.
  • Repetitive motion.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.
  • Frequent lifting up to 50lbs - team lifts over 50lbs.
  • Able to work in various temperature conditions.

Internal Qualifications
  • No final warnings
  • Less than 6 attendance points
  • Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
  • Must be in current role for 6+ months.
  • Must meet all job description requirements.

Monday through Friday 4:30 am - 1:30 pm
