Responsibilities

The Coordinator, International (CHB) is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks to support the Customs Entry Writers and the entry preparation process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and prepare electronic entry documents.
  • Analyze and key information from documents into the operating system.
  • Manage workflow tasks.
  • Document tracking.
  • Create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents.
  • File turnover preparation.
  • Entering billing / notes as needed.
  • Perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Time management skills and ability to work with high volumes of tasks on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to compare and analyze data on electronic documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
  • Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.
  • Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
