Job description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a West Coast life sciences corporation in their search for a Temporary Contracts Paralegal to work on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting life sciences companies as a paralegal.
  • Draft and review contracts from company templates, including commercial agreements, clinical trial agreements, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key.
  • Familiarity with contract review for alignment with client needs and corporate interests.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
  • Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with company departments and colleagues to provide legal services on various matters.
