Mobile, AL | Full-Time | $15.00/Hour to Start | Hourly Raise When Hired Permanently

We’re looking for a dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented person to join a professional office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, computers, paperwork, and confidential financial information.
Start at $15.00/hour with a clear path to $17.00/hour when you move into a permanent position.
You don't have to know everything on day one — we're looking for someone who is reliable, learns quickly, and takes pride in getting the details right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Post daily financial transactions including deposits, payments, disbursements, and transfers
  • Review transactions for accuracy and help identify discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain transaction logs and electronic payment files
  • Contact clients regarding account questions and payment information
  • Prepare and assist with reports
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Scan documents, respond to emails, and assist with general office tasks
  • Cross-train and support other team members as needed
