Assembly Production Associate
Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent automotive manufacturer in the Birmingham, AL area, is seeking Assembly Production Associates to join its team. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Assembly Production Associate Job Summary:
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: $22.50 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Assemble automotive metal parts and components according to specifications
  • Operate basic production machinery and hand tools
  • Load and unload parts from fixtures or welding equipment
  • Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow standardized work instructions and production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Meet daily production and efficiency goals
  • Follow all plant safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements

Assembly Production Associate Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
