Compensation
$130,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of probate, estate, and fiduciary issues, applying tailored solutions for diverse client circumstances.
  • Review and interpret trust documents and legal instruments regularly to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, legal professionals, tax specialists, and internal teams to facilitate seamless trust operations.
  • Lead knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance team processes, training, and overall efficiency.
  • Administer new and existing client accounts, overseeing processes such as account setup, distributions, terminations, and estate processing.
  • Oversee and manage projects assigned by the Chief Fiduciary Officer, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate closely with client services teams to uphold consistent service delivery and uphold office policies.
  • Participate in Fiduciary Services Committees and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
  • Multi-task effectively, prioritize high-impact work, and leverage technological resources to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support and back up team members as needed, supporting a collaborative work environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of trusted trust administration experience supporting high-net-worth clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; JD or advanced legal/financial credentials preferred.
  • Certification or commitment to obtaining the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and familiarity with portfolio management and estate planning tools.
  • Proven success in delivering personalized client service and managing sensitive, confidential information.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; JD or equivalent preferred.
