Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Product Owner with strong experience in Wealth Management and Trust products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams
  • Work as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments, managing product backlog and user stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features
  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvements
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
  • Ensure alignment with Wealth Management and Trust domain requirements
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
  • Hands-on experience in Wealth Management and Trust products
  • Good understanding of financial services domain
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to write clear user stories, BRDs, and FRDs
