Our family-oriented Pinch A Penny Pool & Spa franchise is ready to hire a knowledgeable Store Manager. This position requires the individual to have a friendly attitude and be well-presented with a strong desire to learn the process our way.

Join the Pinch A Penny Stores of Florida Team as a Customer Success Specialist/ Sales Associate!

About the Opportunity

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will support the performance of Pinch a Penny store to ensure that it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Train with the Management to learn overall expectations and procedures of store operations.

  • Assist by conducting water analysis and mechanical repairs in the pool and spa industry.

  • Hands on in assisting and consulting customers on their pool and spa needs. Provide accurate information.

  • Work on increasing commercial and residential sales and customer counts.

  • Follow all safety protocols.

  • Maintain a welcoming environment at the store by Greeting and direct customers.

  • Assist with merchandising and inventory control.

  • Opening and Closing responsibilities that may include the delivery of bank deposit.

  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.

  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked.

  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • A minimum of one year of retail experience. Experience in Pool and Spa Industry will be a big plus

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills and proficiency with computers. Capable of building trusting relationships

  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
