Job Description Trusts & Estates Partner Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney admitted to New York with significant experience in Estate Planning and Estate Administration of complex estates. Partners with an existing book of business is a plus. Educational/Experience Requirements JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.

Admitted and in good standing in New York Administration of estates, including probate of wills, inventory of assets and valuations Experience in the preparation of estate and inheritance tax returns, probate papers, and gift tax returns Experience dealing with ownership of entities, such as formation and assignment documents. Special needs planning and elder law experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients. Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and multi-task required. Work Environment: 4 days a week in the firm's office in Midtown, NYC. Salary range: 175-275 depending on experience, actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Position is bonus eligible.
