Pay: $105,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

  • Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Manage client communications and provide practical legal guidance.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active Minnesota Bar license and in good standing.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Private practice experience preferred.
  • Experience with civil litigation, employment law, creditor/debtor rights, real estate, or trusts, wills, and probate is a plus.
  • Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
