Job Summary: The Assembler ensures the safe, precise, and efficient assembly of wood and metal components according to design measurements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately place pre-cut wood component members onto jig in accordance with design measurements and specifications.
  • Join wood component members together utilizing staple gun.
  • Accurately measure dimension to ensure accuracy and quality of build in accordance with design.
  • Place metal connector plate components at joints for permanent application in accordance with design.
  • Ensure the product is constructed accurately, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Send finished product to packaging/shipping section of the production line.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Ability to read or learn to read a tape measure.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
