We're looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to lead our Women's Division through an exciting relaunch phase. This is a pivotal moment to shape growth strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and support a high-performing team. You'll bring proven wholesale leadership, strong industry relationships, and the confidence to navigate complex account dynamics while embodying our core values of innovation, passion, collaboration, positivity, and timeless focus. This role manages specialty and national accounts-including one of our key accounts with Nordstrom-while partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Design, and Production teams.
What you'll do:
Drive Revenue & Strategic Growth (Always Innovate, Timeless Focus)
  • Lead Women's Division channel revenue, profitability, and growth strategy during this critical relaunch phase
  • Own key performance metrics: budget attainment, margin optimization, return rate management, and discount discipline
  • Evaluate ROI on trunk shows, trade shows, and sales-driving initiatives; innovate on what's working and evolve what's not
  • Lead account forecasting, pre-season planning, and seasonal sales strategy with a forward-thinking approach
Lead & Develop Your Team (Day One Passion, All Together)
  • Manage and mentor the Women's National Account Manager and Sales reps with coaching that builds capability and confidence
  • Guide the team in expanding existing account presence and pursuing new business in open distribution territories
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coach team members through tough conversations with key accounts-modeling grace under pressure and strategic problem-solving
Execute Go-to-Market Excellence (Power of Positivity, Always Innovate)
  • Oversee Go-to-Market strategy: NY Markets, regional shows, and local trade shows
  • Partner with show vendors on preparation, setup, and flawless execution
  • Ensure seasonal presentations and sales tools are compelling, on-brand, and delivered on time
  • Plan and execute trunk shows and store events with clear ROI tracking
  • Manage strategic travel/trade show schedules to strengthen key account relationships:
    • Brand Assembly: 2x annually
    • Chicago Women's Collective: 2x annually
    • LA and Dallas markets: 1-2x annually each
    • Nordstrom (Seattle): 2x annually
    • Additional domestic travel as needed to support key accounts
Be a Strategic Cross-Functional Partner (All Together)
  • Serve as the Wholesale voice in internal meetings with Merchandising, Marketing, Design, and Production
  • Translate account needs and market insights to inform product development and seasonal direction
  • Collaborate on inventory management, linesheet creation, and sales material development
  • Stay ahead of market trends to guide positioning and strategic decision-making, complete seasonal pre-lining exercises
Manage Seasonal Tools & Analysis (Timeless Focus)
  • Coordinate SMS allocation, rep sample distribution, and seasonal sample coordination
  • Build pre-season scorecards, in-season analysis, and post-market hindsight reports
  • Support creation of in-season and future linesheets that tell our brand story with clarity and impact

What you'll have:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 7 years in a similar role with direct wholesale sales experience in apparel/clothing
  • At least 2 years of people management experience-you've led teams, developed talent, and driven results
  • Experience with Contemporary Women's brand(s)
  • Proven experience owning and growing accounts before transitioning into management
  • Existing relationships across department stores, specialty accounts, key accounts, and/or digital wholesale partners
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and commercial instincts
  • Excellent communicator who can navigate tough conversations with key accounts and coach your team to do the same
  • Highly organized and adaptable-you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
