Position Overview:

As our team is growing and expanding, Truity Partners is searching for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our Madison, WI office. Truity Partners offers recruiters an opportunity to own their career and earnings progress utilizing the best resources/tools available, an experienced team that thrives on partnerships, and a top compensation structure.


The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment

  • Source active and passive candidates through creative search methods like prospecting, cold calling, and other referral strategies
  • Develop and implement targeted search strategies to identify top talent in the accounting and finance space with the backgrounds necessary to assist our clients
  • Interview and maintain communication with candidates throughout placement process
  • Manage candidate relationships with strong emphasis on building long-term relationships
  • Perform reference checks and background checks for clients

Client Service

  • Collaborate with clients to effectively understand and define hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain expertise in hiring trends in the marketplace and industry
  • Assist with placement and onboarding activities for clients
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients in order to provide excellent client service

Building Our Brand

  • Deliver excellent client and candidate recruitment services
  • Participate in professional and community organizations to build a strong professional network
  • Generate new client leads through prospecting, cold calling, and other creative referral strategies
  • Live the Companyโ€™s values of Relationships, Collaboration, Exceptional Service & Integrity


The Recruiter will possess the following:


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 2 years of business development or sales experience in the staffing/recruiting industry OR 2 years of experience in the accounting/finance space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and building relationships
  • Previous experience in the local market is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of local industry hiring trends
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Show initiative, energy, intelligence, creativity, and a desire for building a business
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn and grow
  • Value collaboration and continuous improvement, both at the team and company level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Display great listening skills, curiosity, and emotional intelligence
