You will work within an onsite rehabilitation center that serves a vibrant community in Fort Lauderdale. Our facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation equipment and technology, enabling us to provide high-quality physical therapy services. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to create a seamless continuum of care for our patients, ensuring all aspects of their rehabilitation are addressed.
• Maintain clear communication channels through verbal, written, and electronic means with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members throughout the treatment process.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, re-evaluating progress regularly and adjusting treatment plans based on patient responses and adherence to therapy.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment sessions, and billing information in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accuracy in care delivery.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, contribute to quality improvement projects, and assist in marketing activities aimed at promoting the clinic’s services.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to support staff, students, and other team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through self-directed learning and participation in continuing education opportunities.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages, implementing evidence-based methods to promote optimal recovery.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory to practice effectively in this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in computer and word processing skills is necessary for documentation and administrative tasks.
• A commitment to continual professional development is highly regarded.

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can be advantageous.
• Experience working with a variety of patient demographics, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
