True Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Our rehabilitation facility is designed to facilitate effective patient care with a focus on collaboration. The onsite work setting means you will engage directly with patients and work closely alongside a multidisciplinary team including physicians and support staff. Working hours typically consist of 40 hours per week, with some variability required on weekends, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to patient needs.

As a physical therapist at True Solutions, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and disabilities.
• Developing, implementing, and periodically updating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific conditions.
• Offering consultations to healthcare providers about patient care continuity to ensure cohesive treatment efforts.
• Maintaining documentation standards throughout treatment processes, including evaluation findings, treatment methods, and discharge plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care, as well as managing staff and departmental resources efficiently.
• Engaging in community outreach and contributing to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
• Attending professional development opportunities such as in-services and continuing education programs to refine your skills.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population comprising individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or requiring rehabilitation after injuries. This role requires sensitivity to cultural and individual patient needs, permitting you to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and foster trust and comfort.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and electronic medical record management.

While the minimum qualifications are stringent, we prefer candidates who possess prior experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly working with orthopedic patients. Experience in community outreach and program development will be beneficial.
