True Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in beautiful Saint Petersburg, Florida. This Full-Time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility in the vibrant community of Saint Petersburg. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and offers a supportive atmosphere aimed at empowering both our staff and patients. The work hours are 40 hours per week, with some variable weekend shifts, allowing for a work-life balance while contributing to patient wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in direct consultations with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment strategies for each patient.
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with patients, their families, and other staff, irrespective of age or cultural background.
• Implement treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, continuously re-evaluating and educating patients and their significant others throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Document patient progress accurately, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.
• Participate actively in community outreach programs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to offer integrated care solutions.
• Engage in supervisory duties for assigned support staff, ensuring they are informed and empowered to facilitate patient care effectively.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, attending relevant in-services, and staying updated with physical therapy advancements.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient assessments, treatment changes, and needs at various intervals of care.
• Manage department resources effectively to promote cost containment and quality improvement.

The patients you'll serve in our rehabilitation facility come from diverse backgrounds and present various physical challenges, including post-operative care, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with patients across all age groups, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and preferences, thereby making a significant impact on their recovery journeys.

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid state license in Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to perform essential physical tasks associated with the role, including lifting and transporting patients when necessary.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance documentation efficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with specialized treatment modalities and techniques that align with current best practices in physical therapy.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
