Work Environment

The position is full-time, requiring a commitment of approximately 40 hours weekly, with flexibility for weekend shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Working onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of specialists, doctors, and support staff dedicated to patient care excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Consult with other healthcare providers regarding the patient's continuum of care.
• Engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring high standards of customer service are upheld.
• Assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document all treatment plans, evaluations, and patient progress meticulously while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical leadership activities, including community outreach, program development, and staff training.
• Manage departmental resources efficiently, ensuring optimal patient care while supervising support staff.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other team members to ensure comprehensive planning for treatment and discharge.
• Maintain active communication with physicians regarding patient status, changes in treatment plans, and any other relevant updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with an active State License in Physical Therapy.
