Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office associate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing specific night audit duties and supervising the front office during the overnight shift. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. The position requires availability to work the 11:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m. shift, including holidays and weekends.
