Job description

All 5's Construction is searching for aWarehouse Managerto join our team in Chino, CA!

Oversees the entire operation of a warehouse focusing on receiving, inventorying, assembling (kitting), and dispatching commercial doors, frames, and hardware. The role requires a hands-on leader who manages customers and staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures timely delivery to construction job sites.
An All 5's Warehouse Manager is also responsible for:
  • Hardware Pre-Install (HPI) & Staging:Assembling and pre-staging complete door packages (frame, door, hardware) to ensure all components are ready for the field team.
  • Inventory Control:Auditing and managing stock, conducting material counts, and reconciliations for high-value hardware and steel products.
  • Logistics & Scheduling:Coordinating inbound freight and outbound deliveries to busy construction sites, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Organization: Maintain all inventory in an organized fashion to maximize warehouse productivity and limit double handling.
  • Leadership:Managing company project managers, field foreman and general contractor superintendents to meet production goals and jobsite schedules.
  • Communication:Effectively communicate current status of doors, frames and hardware, availability dates and expected delivery dates with both company and client personnel.
  • Safety & OSHA Compliance:Maintaining a safe environment for working with heavy materials, including forklift operation, proper staging, and PPE compliance.
We trust that you have:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics leadership, preferably in commercial Doors, Frames and Hardware manufacturing or commercial door construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel/Google Workspace).
  • Software Proficiency: Preference given to applicants that have a strong working knowledge of Software for Hardware as it relates to project material tracking, labeling and status management.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage heavy/long goods (doors/frames).
  • Forklift Certification: Preferred certification and experience operating industrial vehicles.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve order discrepancies (e.g., missing hardware) quickly to prevent construction delays.
  • Organization: Managing a large, varied inventory (frames, doors, specialty hardware) with 99% accuracy.
  • Communication: Interfacing directly with project managers (PMs) to coordinate material needs.
  • Clean driving record: Will be required to deliver materials to jobsites or pick up will call orders from local vendors from time to time with a company truck
  • Flexibility to commute to project locations within the Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
  • Salary Range DOE $70,000 - $100,000
All 5's maintains broad salary ranges for their roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands. The pay range may differ in other locations. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors and is in good faith and/or offer for this position. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
