For more than 40 years, we've combined entrepreneurial spirit with an unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service. Today, C.C. Creations serves customers across the country through our national sales network, our Guinness World Records-recognized World's Largest Collegiate Merchandise Store, The Warehouse, and industry-leading production facilities.

Our production campus features 27 automatic screen-printing presses, 159 embroidery heads, and state-of-the-art equipment designed to deliver exceptional quality while providing a modern, comfortable, climate-controlled work environment. Our Distribution Center is located close to Downtown Bryan near the original location that started it all.

Today, C.C. Creations is a true one-stop shop for branded apparel and promotional products, trusted by customers nationwide for speed, precision, and exceptional service.

Our mission is simple:

Building Better Relationships.

It's more than a slogan—it's how we treat our customers, support our teammates, and grow together every day.

What You'll Do

As our Distribution Center Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the daily receiving and inventory operations. You'll lead a team of 6–8 receiving associates while ensuring products move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout our distribution center.

Your day will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of receiving associates
  • Ensuring all orders are received, processed, and pulled accurately on tight daily deadlines
  • Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of vendor-owned inventory
  • Managing cycle counts and inventory accuracy
  • Monitoring workflow from receiving through warehouse storage and production staging
  • Training employees on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
  • Evaluating performance, providing coaching, and addressing performance concerns when necessary
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and recommending process improvements
  • Tracking daily performance metrics and preparing reports for management
  • Building a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and pride in doing great work

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who combines leadership skills with warehouse expertise.

You bring:

  • 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Superior decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to motivate others while holding your team accountable
  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

This is an active leadership role that keeps you on the warehouse floor.

You'll need to:

  • Stand and walk on concrete floors throughout the workday
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
  • Frequently lift up to 20 pounds
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on operation

Benefits & Perks

We believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our customers. That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Our benefits include:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) that begins accruing from Day One—use it as you earn it
  • Eight paid holidays, including a paid "Me Day" to celebrate your birthday however you choose
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your eligible family members
  • Company-paid life insurance, with the option to purchase additional coverage
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Employee discounts on custom apparel and promotional products
  • Exclusive discounts at both The Warehouse and Maroon U retail store locations
  • Opportunities for career growth within a stable, family-owned company that continues to invest in its people
