Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Licensed/Certified)

Position Overview
Advanced Rx Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is an on-site position for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional service to patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process written prescriptions and refill requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Accurately enter and verify patient information and medical histories while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
  • Provide high-quality customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and directing clinical questions to the pharmacist
  • Prepare and dispense medications, including counting, labeling, and packaging prescriptions
  • Process and troubleshoot patient insurance claims and billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in pharmacy systems
  • Conduct inventory audits, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering medications and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Tennessee is a plus.
  • Certification (CPhT) preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
