The Lee Group is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, well-organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours and opportunities to grow with a strong, reliable team.If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced operating reach trucks in warehouse environments, this is your opportunity to join a team that values productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Job Responsibilities of Reach Truck Operators:
Operate reach trucks to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse
Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment
Load and unload trailers and trucks as needed
Place inventory into designated rack locations and retrieve products from elevated storage areas
Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
Perform general warehouse duties based on operational needs
High school diploma or GED
Experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment:
Minimum 6 months of recent reach truck experience preferred
Comfortable working at elevated heights and in warehouse settings
Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude
