Job description

Luck Stone's Goose Creek Plant is looking to Bin Truck Operator. Bin Truck Operators skillfully navigate quarry roads and around the plant to ensure safe loading and unloading of rock. Individual will also assist on the ground with plant maintenance as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicle
  • Identifying and reporting rode and equipment issues
  • Operating heavy equipment utilizing proper loading and dumping techniques
  • Ensures vehicle receives proper maintenance
  • Assist with plant maintenance when not operating the truck
  • May also operate Water Truck or Haul Truck if needed
  • Prioritizes safety throughout site for self and others
  • Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift

     Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a quarry or large construction environment, or heavy equipment experience is preferred
    • Experience with hands on maintenance a plus
    • Must have a team oriented, positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals.

    Pay range starts at $24.38 per hour plus paid OT.
