A Fork Truck Operator must have a good understanding of warehouse operations, manual handling techniques, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid forklift operator certification. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and various types of forklifts is commonly required.
