Home Service Technician (Handyman/Handywoman/Handyperson) in Twin Cities West Metro, Minnesota

With locations across the U.S., TruBlue is a leader in dependable, relationship-based home maintenance.  This role isn’t just about home repairs—it’s about building trust, showing compassion, and delivering a higher standard of service to every customer, every time.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism
  • Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place
  • Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals
  • Apply skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, and general construction
  • Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of paid home repair or handyman experience
  • Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
  • Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
