Container / Chassis / Tire Maintenance - Welds, flame straightens and fabricates steel, stainless steel, aluminum(T-Floor), frame squaring. - Install foaming in refrigerated container one wall panel. - Operates shop equipment: shears, brakes, etc. - Replaces and/or repairs wooden floors. - Repairs mechanical components. - Repair/replace dry container corner post, header, rail, roof, cross member and tunnel sections. - Brake repair and replacement (S-Cam Air Brakes). - Rebuilds and/or repairs axles and suspensions. - Advanced frame straightening and fabrications. Repairs and/or replaces air valves and brake chambers. - Repairs and/or replaces lights. Inspects and repairs of the DOT ABS System. - Performs Commercial Tire Service (CTS) 300 levelEducation (Minimum)
