Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager (Operations) to oversee daily business and administrative operations. This role is critical to ensuring our office runs smoothly, our team stays supported, and our processes remain efficient and compliant.

You will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in staff supervision, inventory management, and operational improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Lead and support administrative and nonclinical staff
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and shipping medical supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office operations and facility maintenance
  • Track office expenses and ensure budget compliance
  • Process and manage vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for officerelated issues and problem resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and operational systems
  • Report directly to the President/CEO
  • Assist with training and onboarding of staff
  • Supervise nonclinical team members

    Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (required)
  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or logistics (healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with inventory management and shipping preferred

    Compensation

    $45,000 – $48,000 annually (based on experience)
