Purpose Of Position

The Title Clerk is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining all vehicle title documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, credit union policies, and lending requirements. This role ensures timely and compliant handling of liens, title releases, and related member communications while supporting overall loan servicing operations.

Minimum Formal Education: High School diploma or GED required.

Experience: One year of credit union or banking experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be bondable.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
