Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and organizational abilities set exceptional coordinators apart. These skills are crucial for effectively supporting students’ academic progress, ensuring program compliance, and fostering an inclusive environment.

What are TRIO programs?

TRIO Programs are a group of federally funded outreach and student services programs in the United States designed to help individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds progress through the academic pipeline from middle school to post-baccalaureate programs. These programs, which include Upward Bound, Talent Search, and Student Support Services, provide tutoring, academic advising, mentoring, financial guidance, and other support.
