Position Summary - The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the TRIO Collegiate Programs, including two McNair programs and one SSS STEM program. This position ensures the efficient day-to-day functioning of program offices, assists with student services coordination, manages program documentation, and supports program staff in implementing federal TRIO initiatives. The role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external partners.

Required Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field. Experience supporting federally funded programs, academic programs, or TRIO initiatives. Experience coordinating events, workshops, or student programming. Familiarity with student information systems, database management, and grant reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education/Experience - Knowledge of office procedures, scheduling, and administrative processes. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse student populations and staff. Ability to maintain accurate records, track data, and assist with reporting requirements. Skills in planning and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and program logistics.
