Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Audiology program or

  • Ph.D. from an accredited Audiology program or equivalent educ/experience

  • Coursework/Training: Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need

  • Upon hire: Oregon Audiologist License

  • Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need
